Natuzzi Italia and LG Electronics present at the Milano Saloni 2018 the SMART LIVING project: furniture opens up to technology integrating it dynamically into its own forms, changing the face of the concept of living.
Natuzzi and LG have developed a futuristic furnishing project that provides for the creation of an Internet of Things (IoT) integration system where the new Natuzzi Italia Colosseo sofa, designed by Mauro Lipparini, and the top line products coexist in the same environment of LG signature range.
Inside the Natuzzi SMART LIVING, the voice assistant recognizes the user’s voice and simultaneously controls the ergonomics of the sofa – changing the seating position according to three customizable scenarios (reading, resting, watching TV), and according to the specific needs of each consumer – and LG Signature devices such as TV, lights and air purifier.
Moreover, thanks to the dedicated smartphone application, it is easy to monitor and control all connected products.
“We wanted to develop a new concept sofa that could communicate with other appliances in the living room,” said Pasquale Junior Natuzzi, chief marketing officer of Natuzzi, “
The project will be unveiled in world premiere during the Milano Saloni starting on April 17th.
